Ugghh
My neighbor's incredibally slow internet connection is making it a complete pain in the ass to update this blog with the usual material and frequency. Probably going to have to cut down to updating once or twice a week when I am with MT and leeching off his WiFi until I get my own wireless modem (which is very unlikely at this point).
In other blogging news, we have surpassed February's quota of unique vistors by an astounding 9 visitors! (end sarcasm). But seriously, the blog is growing delicately and I appreciate everyone who was taken time to click and load this page.
410 unique vistors to date! 278 returning visitors! 206 unique visitors in March, so the goal for April of course will be to top that. Let's see how big we can make this!!

-Today, I was eating nacho chips with my nieces when I started to feel that some were wet. I look at my niece and notice she was sucking on the chips, and putting them back in the bag. FML
-Today, I forgot to do my French homework, but since it was an online worksheet, I told my teacher my internet wasn't working. I told her with an e-mail. FML
-Today, I jokingly asked my boyfriend of one year - "why is someone as smart, funny and as handsome as you with someone like me?" he replied - "opposites attract." FML
-Today, I was stepping out of the shower while home alone. I heard voices coming from the living room. I grabbed a bat to defend my self and ran into the living room. I slipped on my tile floor and smashed my TV with the bat. No one was in my house but I left my radio turned on. FML
-Today, I was introduced to my boyfriend's family at their family reunion for the first time. As I sat on the couch, his 4-year old sister comes in and jumps onto my lap. For a moment I was happy to think his sister liked me, only to hear her say "You're fat! I like fat things." FML

So the pics of Rihanna's battered face has made it to the web. (I respect her, don't want to spread it, find it on your own if you're so nosy). I feel so horrible for her situation. I don't know what else to say. No matter what went down that night, no one deserves to get violently hurt, man or woman. We need more domestic violence advocacy, do everything you can to help your friends, family, and community. <3
